Focus and Scope

Didakta: International Journal of Social Sciences, Language, and Education is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly works in the broad fields of social sciences, language studies, and education. The journal serves as an academic platform for researchers, educators, practitioners, and students to disseminate original empirical research, theoretical analyses, and applied studies that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and professional practice in social, linguistic, and educational disciplines.

Manuscripts may be submitted in English or Indonesian and are expected to demonstrate academic rigor, originality, and relevance to contemporary social, linguistic, and educational issues. The scope of Didakta includes, but is not limited to, social development and policy, sociology, educational policy and leadership, curriculum and pedagogy, language education, linguistics, literacy studies, discourse and communication, multicultural and inclusive education, educational technology, and learning innovation. Through these diverse areas of inquiry, Didakta aims to promote academic excellence, encourage interdisciplinary perspectives, and strengthen the role of social sciences, language, and education research in supporting sustainable social development and educational advancement at both national and international levels.
