All articles published in Safīnah: Indonesian Journal of Sharia and Islamic Sciences are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors acknowledge and agree that the copyright of their work remains with the author(s). However, the authors grant Safīnah the right of first publication, permitting the journal to publish, distribute, and disseminate the work as part of its official scholarly record.

Under this license, users are allowed to access, read, download, copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt, and reuse published articles for any lawful purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and to Safīnah: Indonesian Journal of Sharia and Islamic Sciences as the original source of publication.
