All manuscripts that meet the journal’s standards of originality, scholarly rigor, and ethical compliance are published without any publication fees.

Safīnah is committed to promoting academic inclusivity, equal opportunity, and broad participation from contributors representing diverse institutions, scholarly traditions, and Islamic perspectives, while consistently upholding the highest standards of academic quality, integrity, and ethical conduct in Islamic and Sharia scholarly publishing.
