Devosia: Community Outreach Journal of Indonesian Movement focuses on the advancement of scientific knowledge in the field of Community Development and Community Studies. The journal publishes original research articles, theoretical studies, systematic literature reviews, and empirical research that examine the concepts, processes, governance, institutions, participation, and sustainability of community development from social science perspectives.

Scope

The scope of the journal includes scientific studies that are directly related to the development of Community Development and Community Studies, including community empowerment, community participation, community governance, community leadership, community resilience, social capital, community organizations, local institutions, citizenship and civic engagement, community-based public policy, community capacity building, social innovation, rural and urban community development, digital communities, indigenous communities and local wisdom, community-based economic development, and environmental sustainability from community development perspectives. The journal also welcomes studies that develop theories, models, methods, and best practices for strengthening sustainable community development, provided that they remain within the scientific domain of Community Development and Community Studies.
