Recurrent supply chain disruptions require coordinated managerial capabilities, but existing research often examines risk management, digital technologies, relationships, and performance separately. This structured integrative review synthesized 30 peer-reviewed journal studies published in 2020–2025, identified through iterative searches of publisher platforms, DOI-indexed scholarly records, and reference lists. Eligibility required an explicit supply chain resilience focus and a managerial, digital, governance, or performance relationship. Study designs, nine non-exclusive capability categories, digitalization, and performance links were mapped descriptively. Sixteen studies carried survey-based method labels. Flexibility (16 studies), collaboration (15), visibility and information (14), digitalization and analytics (13), risk management (12), and adaptability (12) were prominent; these frequencies indicate research attention, not comparative effectiveness. Across empirical and conceptual contributions, digitalization was associated with resilience chiefly through information quality, earlier detection, decision support, and interorganizational coordination, subject to governance and operational response capacity. Performance relationships concerned continuity, recovery, firm outcomes, and sustainability, with cost and dependency trade-offs. The resulting synthesis-derived architecture distinguishes managerial and governance foundations, information and relational enablers, executable operational options, and performance protection. Unlike a simple capability inventory, it specifies where complementarities and bottlenecks may arise without claiming a validated causal sequence. The bounded, heterogeneous corpus does not support pooled causal estimates or exhaustive coverage.
